2. We require all return requests include a serial number so we can match it to the correct order. We will verify the returned items with the serial number when the return item is received.
3. International buyers are responsible for return freight charges.

5. Buyer is responsible for returning the item in original condition, and in unopened original packaging.
1. Refunds shall be executed once the return item is received and it is verified by serial number and in good, original condition, and original, unopened packaging.

3. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee which shall be deducted from the total refund amount.

8. No orders will be packaged or shipped within one hour of order placement. This is the only grace period for cancellation. Once this time has passed, the item is shipped and if the customer no longer wants it, will have to return it per our terms for a refund.
